Does anyone remember the Blue Tucker they had at the Gast Classic Motorcars museum near Strasburg, PA, several years ago? I remember seeing it, it was my first Tucker. :D The museum has since closed up, but I often wonder where that car ended up.

Awesome, thanks for the info. So far I have seen 4 now. (The one at Gast, and 3 in the David Cammack collection yesturday) There is one more in my area in the Smithonian in DC. That will make 5. Then on my way up to Canada in June, I can stop by the William E. Swigart, Jr. Automobile Museum, in Huntingdon, PA and see 2 more. Wow, I am on a roll. :D

You're right in my neighborhood! I too saw 1024 when it was at Gast in 1993 and first visited the Cammack collection later that same year. My total number of Tuckers spotted is now up to 18. You might check with Smithsonian American History, I'm not sure if they have 1039 on display or not. Last I saw of it was in 2007 when it was warehoused during that museum's renovations. The museum has since reopened but last I heard they were loaning the Tucker out to other museums around the country. I could be mistaken of course, and Tucker or not it may still be worth checking out the museum.

Best Wishes!
